Sales Manager Application

Duties Include:
  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
  • Improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business.
  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
  • Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
  • Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
  • Manages trade-ins, sales, and delivery of new and used vehicles.

Requirements:
  • Ability to motivate the sales team.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Approach to business affairs guided by the highest ethical standards.
  • Ability to manage and motivate personnel to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to and employ the latest technologies employed in sales management.​
  • Must be proficient with dealership customer relationship management software.
  • Must be passionate about servicing the needs of our guests.
