Sales Manager Application
Duties Include:
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
Improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business.
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
Manages trade-ins, sales, and delivery of new and used vehicles.
Requirements
:
Ability to motivate the sales team.
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation & presentation skills.
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
Approach to business affairs guided by the highest ethical standards.
Ability to manage and motivate personnel to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction.
Ability to adapt to and employ the latest technologies employed in sales management.
Must be proficient with dealership customer relationship management software.
Must be passionate about servicing the needs of our guests.
