Service Manager Application

Duties Include; but not limited to:
  • Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
  • Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all service staff.
  • Maintains reporting systems required by general management and the factory.
  • Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys.
  • Develops and implements a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business.
  • Handles customer complaints immediately and according to manufactures's guidelines.

Requirements:​
  • 2-4 years’ Service Manager, Sales Manager or Service Director Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a New Car Dealership.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Team Oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality.
  • Ability to Multi Task and stay focused in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others and create a motivated work force.
  • Must be passionate about servicing the needs of our guests.
